About the role
The role of the Account Manager is to increase sales revenue by cultivating existing and securing new, high-value relationships.
We seek a proven Account Manager/Business Development Manager who enjoys collaborating with a team to achieve the company’s goals. You will bring previous experience, ideally from within the skincare industry. You consider yourself an innovative and creative thinker with proven experience developing new sales strategies for rapid growth. You will bring a passion for driving sales and achieving results, engaging others through your excitement about the Intraceuticals brand and products.
Requirements for the Role.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the professional beauty industry
- A proven ability and drive for sourcing new business
- This is a field-based sales role that combines account management and business development promoting Intraceuticals treatments and our cosmeceuticals products to existing accounts and potential new customers
- Educational background in the beauty industry is an advantage.
- Demonstrate a track record for building solid business relationships with existing accounts
- Competent computer skills
- Excellent personal grooming and presentation
- Hold a valid Australian work permit
- A valid driver’s licence and a reliable late-model vehicle
- Requires visiting existing customers and prospective customers
- Ability to work on a self-directed basis
- Meet sales targets, work closely with your customers, and provide a high level of service
The Successful Applicant
- Previous B2B sales or account management experience in aesthetics is highly desirable
- You may have a pharmaceutical, medical device, Skincare, or OTC background, but most importantly, you are passionate about our industry.
- Strong commercial/business drive & a desire to achieve sales targets
- Ability to work independently
- Wants to be part of a dynamic, agile, and growing team
- Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Able to travel to businesses in the state and be on the territory during business hours.
