Qualifications:
- Applicants should have minimum 2 years outside sales experience
- A proven sales history with focus on new business development
- Knowledge of the professional skin care category
- Computer literacy – experience with online data management programs such as Sales Force
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Positive energy and enthusiasm
- An Aesthetician License is a plus
Job Description
- Develop business plan and prospecting strategy
- Prospect new business and open accounts on a monthly basis
- Manage and grow business with existing clients.
- Provide complete reports on all potential clients and enter into company database.
- Create a monthly rotating schedule of visits and follow ups with clients.
- Train accounts on products, treatments and promotions.
- Assist clients with promotions, events and business building endeavors.
